Introductory Course
With this introductory course, the Association of Fine Coffees and the Institute of the Coffee of Costa Rica through all their content, persecute to share with our readers, the basic aspects that must consider a coffee consumer, for the selection and preparation of an excellent cup of coffee.
The courses last of 20 hours and the program is made up by the following sections:
- It toasts of the coffee
- Milling
- Packing
- Water
- Methods of preparation of coffee
- Majorities on the preparation of coffee

Place of development: Offices of the Association of Fine Coffees.
Address: Boulevard Rohrmoser, de Prismas Dental 200 mts norte y 25 oeste, casa Nro 21, contiguo a FUNDECOR.

Cost: ¢55,000 for employees of companies Associated to Fine Coffees.
¢65,000.00 for Not associated to Fine Coffees.
Note: This amount covers the delivery with pamphlet with the matter of the course, use of Machines and certificate delivery.
Mode of payment:
- To bring check or cash to the offices of the Association.
- Deposit in the National Bank, tells current in colons 004-009987 to name of Association of Fine Coffees of Costa Rica, to indicate concept “Drunk Course Preparation”. In case of deposit in the National Bank.
Requirements of inscription and certification:
- To fulfill a minimum of 16 hours of qualification and 4 hours of evaluation (20 hours altogether).
- Returns of money are not accepted.
- To cancel the quota of inscription.
- To fill attached form of inscription.
- To send to Fax 2231-3518 or to personally bring to the Association supporting of payment and the form attached with all the data and signed by the applicant.
