The Quality Certificate Program commission has developed a new plan of actions that raises an effort for the implementation of this project and its successful introduction to the Japanese market.
We want to show you how the SCACR has work in achieving the objective of introducing this program to the Japanese market, and adapting it to the necessities of this market.
The program manuals have been translated to Japanese and then send to different key Japanese Associations. In the promotional package, we included a video and presentation, also translated to Japanese.
An interview was attached to the promotional package that will obtain an important feedback for the adjustment and homologation of the program to the necessities and tastes of this market.
The next stage is to visit the different Associations (SCAJ, AJCA, EJCRA) during the SCAJ Fair this August.
As a result of these visits and joint work with these associations, the Quality Manual will be accredited to the specific requirements of the final costumer, before the certification stage.
The Quality Certificate Program also, counts with its own Web page, www.scacrqualitycertificate.com, which is in progress and will be available in Spanish, English and Japanese.
In this site, you can see and control the certified coffees by harvest and the lots of these that have been sold. A code will be given to each lot, and the buyer will be able to access and have to his disposition all the information of the bought lot; like traceability, used process, region of origin, temperature, ect.
We invite you to participate, certify your coffee this new harvest, and take advantage of this opportunity to enter new markets!!
